PROGRAM: The New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs and the Santa Fe Children’s Museum retained our firm to work on the following Renovations and Expansion to this important Santa Fe Museum Facility:

  • Renovations to the Greenhouse Area
  • Feasibility Studies and Designs for an Expansion of the current exhibit and staff areas.

DESIGN: Sustainability and “Green” Design educational and display elements were addressed and employed for these delightful projects. This is being emphasized through the use of the following design elements:

  • Solar Reflective new roofing TPO material
  • Rainwater Catchment systems and display
  • Passive Solar heating and cooling design
  • Children’s use and enjoyment of the display areas and themes
