PROGRAM: The New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs retained our firm to work on the following alterations and repairs to this important Santa Fe Museum Facility:

  • Replacement and upgrading of the roofs
  • ADA Pathway connections to other Museum Hill Facilities
  • Display area study
  • Recommendations regarding storm water drainage issues

DESIGN: Southwest Desert Environmental design elements were addressed and employed throughout these assignments. This is emphasized through the use of the following design elements:

  • Solar Reflective new roofing TPO material
  • Relationship with the Southwest's traditional and sacred building forms, shapes, materials and colors
