Remodeling

Residence,
New York, NY

The home as Sacred Space was the primary design emphasis for the remodeling of this upper west side apartment. Remodeling included a small chapel and a new central hearth-like kitchen and eating area created out of semiprecious materials, lending a sense of splendor to otherwise ordinary architectural features. Sacred geometries, ovals, and arcs were also used in the design, having their origins in the celestial geometries of the heavens.
